Indicative Pricing
The following provides indicative pricing* for our core services at the base level:
Sole Trader not VAT registered: €75 per month including VAT
Sole Trader VAT registered: €100 per month plus VAT
Limited Company not VAT registered: €150 per month including VAT
Limited Company VAT registered: €200 per month plus VAT
These indicative prices include the use of our online accounting service (including free web-based software, free upgrades and 24/7 support), access to our client portal for exchange of documents, preparation of Annual Financial Statements, the completion and filing of statutory Tax and Companies Registration Office returns as applicable.
In addition indicative pricing for our payroll service at the base level is:
Per Employee: €15 per month including VAT ( €12.40 per month ex VAT)
In most cases the base level service will meet the needs of a small business client. However if for some reason you have more complex requirements your pricing may need to be adjusted upwards, however any such pricing discussions will be held prior to any engagement ensuring full transparency.
All fees are collected by direct debit on a monthly basis.
* Assumes a full year engagement. Assignments for a period of less than twelve months will be assessed on an individual basis and monthly fees adjusted accordingly.
